How is it possible to sell Authentic Designer Products at Such Low Prices?

Well, first it is worth noting that it is not easy to get approved to carry authentic designer goods. This has been possible only through relationships we have worked out with authorized dealers, suppliers and brokers. Most of these suppliers are in Europe, precisely Italy where most of the designers are located.

Secondly, we look for opportunities like:

  • Over Stocked Stores: This happens mostly at the end of a season. To avoid losses these stores have to unload - that's where we come in.
  • Liquidation: Some stores close due to various reasons for example current economic hardships - that's where we come in.
  • Over Production:  At times the designers manufacture excess products and are unable to sell them quickly- that's where we come in.
  • Out of Season: Some products have passed current season hence the need for High end retailers to restock - that's where we come in.

As you can see, due to such circumstances, coupled with us being an online store hence incurring Low Cost of Doing Business as compared to the Brick and Mortar Store - we have the capability to offer such luxury products at very affordable prices.

Are You Required to Register or Become a Member?

When do you Charge my Payment?

The Real Designer Bags never charges you payment until we check to see that your order is in stock. Due to the nature of Demand Versus Inventory coupled with the unpredictable aspect of online Sales, at times an item you ordered could actually just have turned out of stock. In such rare cases we would contact you to determine what options you would prefer, for example you can request to hold back your payment or shop for a different item. Either way we never run your payment until we are certain your order is in stock.

What Carrier Do You Use? utilizes UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping which includes Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air. All shipments are Insurance Covered.

How long does it take to ship and how much does it cost?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.  There will be delays if your shipping or billing address is entered incorrectly.  We DO NOT ship to A.P.O., F.P.O  or PO Box addresses..

Please Note: Due to recent increase in unauthorized orders, we are only shipping to the billing address. Meaning we cannot ship to an address other than that where your form of payment is attached to.

What does this mean to you? Please plan ahead on your order if you would like to ship to a different address other than the address where the credit card charged (or PayPal) is attached to. This is because it will take more time for your recipient to receive the order since we have to ship it to the address attached to the credit card (or PayPal) then after receiving you can ship it to your desired recipient.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers; we also kindly request your understanding in this matter since our intention is to protect you from unauthorized charges on your account. Thank you.

What is your Return Policy? 

Simply follow the following hassle free return guidelines:

You MUST contact us within 48 business hours after the delivery of your product to get detailed instructions on a return or exchange. If you do not contact us within this period, your return may not be honored. 

All returns MUST be in new, mint and unused condition with dust bag, tags and serial numbers, authenticity cards, box or any other original material included upon receipt.  Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Items returned that are not in new and unused condition with all tags, serial numbers and dust cover will be sent back to you.

You might want to track and insure your return because we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

There is a 10% restocking fee on ALL returns received after 14 days.

In the event of a defective item, we will exchange it for the same model, or issue a credit/refund (on new, unused items only).

In the case of a refund we will reverse the initial payment method used when purchasing the item. The time taken for your account to be credited depends on the type of initial payment used + Bank processing times. This might take up to 7-10 business days. Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable. If your order included free ground shipping, $15 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Holidays Time Return Policy

We believe that the items you receive from us will be great gifts and be very well appreciated during this Holiday season. If for some reason you would like to return or exchange your gift, please notify us by Dec 27 by email and we will email you back with the proper instructions to follow. In case of a return, we have to receive back the product within 14 days after Dec 27 for a full refund (minus shipping). After the 14 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

What's the difference between you and your competitors?

We take pride in concentrating on Authentic Designer Handbags and Authentic Designer Accessories only. While most of our competitors stretch their marketing to other products which are Replicas/ Fakes/ Knockoffs, we are able to gain a competitive edge since we carry only Authentic Designer Products.
