Carriers Used utilizes UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping which includes Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air. All shipments are Insurance Covered.

Cost and Shipping Periods

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.  There will be delays if your shipping or billing address is entered incorrectly.  We DO NOT ship to A.P.O., F.P.O  or PO Box addresses.

Please Note: Expedited orders must come in before 1pm EST in order for them to be shipped the same business day.  Otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day.

Please Note: Due to recent increase in unauthorized orders, we are only shipping to the billing address. Meaning we cannot ship to an address other than that where your form of payment is attached to.

What does this mean to you? Please plan ahead on your order if you would like to ship to a different address other than the address where the credit card charged (or PayPal) is attached to. This is because it will take more time for your recipient to receive the order since we have to ship it to the address attached to the credit card (or PayPal) then after receiving you can ship it to your desired recipient.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers; we also kindly request your understanding in this matter since our intention is to protect you from unauthorized charges on your account. Thank you.

Worldwide shipping: Customs or Import Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes when your package reaches your country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility.

Since customs’ policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.  You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Return Policy

Simply follow the following hassle free return guidelines:

You MUST contact us within 48 business hours after the delivery of your product to get detailed instructions on a return or exchange. If you do not contact us within this period, your return may not be honored. 

All returns MUST be in new, mint and unused condition with dust bag, tags and serial numbers, authenticity cards, box or any other original material included upon receipt.  Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Items returned that are not in new and unused condition with all tags, serial numbers and dust cover will be sent back to you.

You might want to track and insure your return because we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

There is a 10% restocking fee on ALL returns received after 14 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

In the event of a defective item, we will exchange it for the same model, or issue a credit/refund (on new, unused items only).

In the case of a refund we will reverse the initial payment method used when purchasing the item. The time taken for your account to be credited depends on the type of initial payment used + Bank processing times. This might take up to 7-10 business days. Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable. If your order included free ground shipping, $15 will be deducted from the refund amount. 


All unused product may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.  Shipping charges will also be applied to the exchanged product.

If the exchanged product costs more that the originally purchased product, a PayPal invoice for the difference will be e-mailed to you.  The exchanged product will be shipped after payment has been made.  If the exchanged product costs less that the originally purchased product, a credit will be made to your original method of payment.

If the new product is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.

2010 Holidays’ Return Policy

We believe that the items you receive from us will be great gifts and be very well appreciated during this Holiday season. If for some reason you would like to return or exchange your gift, please notify us by 12/27/2010 by email and we will email you back with the proper instructions to follow. In case of a return, we have to receive back the product within 14 days after 12/27/2010 for a full refund (minus shipping). After the 14 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
